【6/24～】フロント移設のご案内
いつも当ホテルをご愛顧いただきありがとうございます。
さて、当ホテルでは6月24日よりフロントの改装工事をおこないます。
そのため、改装工事中は正面入り口を閉鎖し、サウスウイング（一番背の高い建物）の一階を正面入り口とさせていただきます。
皆様にはご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
【Front Desk Relocation Notice】

Starting from June 24th, we will be renovating our front desk area.
During this renovation period, the main entrance will be closed. Please use the South Wing (the tallest building) on the first floor as the temporary main entrance.

いつも当ホテルをご愛顧賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
さて、当館ではグループホテルの「亀の井ホテル阿蘇」との共同運航にて、送迎サービスを開始いたしました。
朝2本、夕2本の運行で、送迎料金は無料です。
こちらのサービスは事前予約制とさせていただきます。ご利用日前日までにホテルに電話もしくはメール（お問い合わせ）にてお申し付けください。
ご予約がない場合、運休をする場合がございます。

We are pleased to inform you that we have started a shuttle service in collaboration with our group hotel, Kamenoi Hotel Aso.
The shuttle service operates twice in the morning and twice in the evening, and it is free of charge.
This service requires a reservation in advance. Please inform us by phone or email (inquiry) by the day before.
Please note that the service may be suspended if there are no reservations.
